Check in; evening stroll along Baku Boulevard and the Caspian promenade with Flame Towers lit overhead.
Day 2 — Old & New Baku
Icherisheher's Maiden Tower and Shirvanshah's Palace, then the Heydar Aliyev Centre and Highland Park panorama.
Day 3 — Absheron — Land of Fire
Ateshgah fire temple, the burning hillside of Yanar Dag and Gobustan's mud volcanoes and petroglyphs.
Day 4 — Gabala Day Trip
Into the Caucasus foothills: Tufandag cable car, Nohur Lake boat ride and the Seven Beauties waterfall.
Day 5 — Departure
Baklava and saffron shopping at Yashil Bazaar, then airport transfer.
